To All Members of Phase 1

We are pleased to confirm that Part 2 of the Phase 1 infrastructure replacement is now well underway.

Preliminary work started early in November. Installation of sewers, water and hydro started on  November 19, 2019 and is progressing on schedule with all the underground work expected to be completed during the month of December. Weather permitting some restoration may also take place during that time. Oak Crescent is closed for the season and there is limited vehicle access to the phase 2 units on Shady Lane.

Members on Maple Lane, Willow Way and Fir Place will be able to use their units during the winter months on weekends or the 21 winter holidays upon booking such holidays with the office.  Please ensure that the Visitors’ Parking Lots at Havsumfun & Fir and l1st and 2 nd Avenue are kept clear of all vehicles as these two areas, as well as the open field to the north of the outdoor pool will be used by the contractors for storage of equipment & materials. The crew will start working prior to the Associations quiet time policy of 9:00 a.m. and will work from approximately 8:00 a.m. until dusk. For safety reasons we would ask that all members stay away from the construction area at all times.
